#MeetOurAlumni 👇 Following recent unfortunate events with the severe turbulence experienced by a Singapore Airlines flight, we want to stress out how important it is to support innovative solutions that would revolutionize industries. A representative example is our #TUWi2ncubator Alumni, Turbulence Solutions, who has been working effortlessly to make flights turbulence-free. Currently, the technology is available in the first light aircraft SHARK.AERO, but it is ready to be installed in large aircrafts as well and could prevent such tragic accidents in the future. ✈ Turbulence Solutions is working to make flights turbulence-free by developing smart wings that can sense and adapt to turbulent conditions, reducing discomfort and safety risks for passengers, as well as economic losses for flight operators. Their patented Turbulence Suppressing Program (TSP) stabilizes aircraft in turbulent air using advanced flight control techniques, LiDAR, and morphing structures to significantly diminish the impact of turbulence on modern aircraft.
