I recently had a client of mine change course from 5x a week in-office into a hybrid (3 in / 2 out) schedule. The results were staggering...within three business days, they went from zero viable candidates to four, three of which were coming from their industry and two of which had their niche software system. The following week they had a successful acceptance, with a back-up candidate in tow just in case. Prior to making the switch, they had been sourcing for this position since April and didn't have a single candidate within their given industry. If you can't go fully remote, going hybrid will dramatically increase your candidate flow and make you a more desirable landing spot. #Hiring #AttractingTalent

Hybrid fits so well with a healthy work life / home life balance. I hope it continues to gain traction. I would love to be back to 2 out 3 in. I felt more balanced. My productivity was better. My mood was better. I never truly want a fully remote unless the commute is very long, I prefer having some days out of the house to socialize with coworkers. ❤️

I was working 100% remote, now working 100% in office would love 2 days in office and 3 remote, better balance.
