Lie number 53 million from mainstream medicine: “more people get sick in in the winter so the flu shot is necessary.” More people get sick in the winter because our vitamin D3 absorption goes way down, without D3 supplementation, which is first cheap. It also happens to help prevent cancer, autoimmunity, chronic pain, diabetes, and most other things people suffer from. Oh, D3 deficiency was also the second leading indicator of problems with COVID. Well, don’t worry, only 70% of Americans are vitamin D deficient, so this is only a massive health problem, which is easily a cheaply fixable, for about 238 million Americans.
