Some ask me… Michael how in the world do you keep your equipment… even the older stuff so damn clean and ALWAYS shining? Well here you go… you need to start with a full time staff and proper professional cleaning and polishing equipment and supplies… next… a full time expert detailer that work M-F 9 hours a day. We circulate our fleet on a daily/weekly basis so that our fleet NEVER stays dirty for more than a day or two and is always cleaned outside and in… washed , polished and shined for peak appearances ALWAYS… is there dedication and effort needed? 100%… is there a hefty cost associated? 100%… does our fleet look like rolling bill boards everyday they’re on the street or set up on a job site? 100%…. Is it worth the price of admission 1000% #fleetpride #itsajacobazzithing #prideinownership #lovewhatyoudo #highstandards

Girl Dad x2 | The Ted Lasso of Commercial Roofing minus the mustache | retired police detective | former acton academy founder | habits fanatic | lifelonglearner
In just over two weeks at Moser Roofing Solutions, LLC, I've heard, seen, and learned; SAFETY isn’t just a policy—it’s a commitment. I’ve been truly impressed by our entire team’s dedication to ensuring everyone goes home safe, every single day. Among all our initiatives here are 3 that stand out to me: 1 - 100% Tie-off Policy: Every employee, even sales, signs a commitment to tie-off outside the safety line—no exceptions. 2- Random Site Inspections: Think “mystery shopper” but on a construction site. We hire external reps to conduct unannounced safety checks. 3- Regular Safety Meetings: Weekly crew meetings, with bi-monthly full staff deep dives, ensure best practices are followed, discussed, and implemented. These practices not only keep our team safe but also protect our clients' business operations by preventing jobsite injuries. Having lived a life of safety in law enforcement - I’m proud to work at a company that truly values a cuture of safety. #MoserRoofing #WorkplaceSafety #ConstructionSafety #ProudToMoser #AboveTheOSHAStandard #MoserValues #SafetyFirst

Teacher/trainer with substantial experience designing, leading, and implementing a broad range of growth and realignment initiatives.
My very first job, at age 14, taught me a lot. I worked as an assistant maintenance guy at a mobile home park in rural southeast Ohio. That summer, the septic system for the park had an issue. The head maintenance guy handed me a shovel and told me the pit had to be shoveled out. It was hot, stinky work, and I was earning $2.00 an hour. I spent the afternoon shoveling human crap (and other things people flush down a toilet). So what did I learn? 1. No job is beneath me. (Why I never utter the phrase, "I don't get paid enough to do this.") 2. If it is worth doing, it is worth putting your best effort into the work. 3. There is pride in a job well done even if the job is stinky, gross, and maybe not even legal. What are some great lessons you learned from your job(s) before you found your career?
