While it’s easy to spot when things go wrong, it’s crucial to identify, share and celebrate when we get things right.
Throughout the Department for Education’s DFJ Trailblazers: Reducing Time to Family Court programme, we’ve been capturing examples of good practice in court proceedings from across the country. Over the life of this pilot, we’ll be compiling these case studies into a Good Practice Guide, covering innovative initiatives and effective execution of standard practices effectively.
Our latest focus? Co-design and collaboration with experts by experience.

Know of any effective initiatives in your area that tackle drivers of delay in care proceedings? We’d love to hear from you and showcase them in future editions of the Good Practice Guide.
