What happens when the ad is so much better than the movie? I would watch a whole movie if it was under the Liquid Death brand universe. Seriously this ad made me finally get past the first 5 minutes without falling asleep. Have you ever seen the price list of Cinepolis popcorn and ended up buying a large popcorn? 😮🍿 This is what we call Decoy pricing. 💰 Decoy pricing is a pricing strategy that uses an oddly priced item to influence the perceived value of other items. 💡 In this menu, the popcorn is priced at ₹250 for a large, ₹240 for a medium, and ₹230 for a small. There is only a ₹10 difference between all the sizes of popcorn. Obviously, we will go for the large popcorn, but the reality is that the price of the small and medium sizes is much lower than what is shown in the menu. If they had priced the small and medium sizes at ₹150 and ₹200 respectively, we would surely go for the small or medium.
