Thank you for sharing this. I love this topic and it was a great lesson to be learned on the path: When we get the chance to understand what procurement in marketing means and the value creation + savings that can be achieved, its a mindset change. We get the trust of the business/stakeholder, the work is even more relevant and appreciated! It's a different game, it is worth of the time to go deep on the business needs and expectations and conquer the right results. Its not just moment kpis but a long term relation starting.
