During the last 6 months, I've come to realize why I feel so invigorated since joining Cro Metrics: it's because of the alignment between evolution and values. I have always been someone who questions why things are done the way they are (cue middle school Samantha asking uncomfy questions in church communion class 😬 ). As I entered the business world, I started to recognize that not everyone appreciates being asked uncomfortable questions, and not everyone is okay with change. Fast forward to joining Cro Metrics, where I realized I was missing experimentation in companies before. Not necessarily in marketing (because most marketers test and experiment to some degree) but in philosophy. The team at Cro Metrics is not here to keep doing what’s worked before—we’re going to find out what can work, and what will work better. Being open to smart risks and failure can be uncomfortable, but it's absolutely one of the fastest ways to grow. This is a company and a team of lifelong learners, testing new approaches to foster our own growth and the growth and success of our clients.
