YES!!! this is my long time ABM soapbox, but it applies to so many things. A multitouch attribution platform is not a marketing attribution strategy. A webinar platform is not a webinar strategy. A chatbot is not a chat strategy. A marketing automation platform is not a marketing strategy. If you don't know what you would build in the tool the day it's provisioned, you don't actually know what you need yet. Do some testing of ideas leveraging your existing tech stack and see what resonates with your audience before sinking thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars in tech and team resources.
