The temptation to do it ALL is huge! As a brave and brilliant business owner you have a lot to juggle: 🧡 Who you want to share your magic with? 🧡 What does that look like? 🧡 Why that is important to you? 🧡 How are you going to make it happen? 🧡 When will it get done? And that’s before you get to the “where you need to focus your energy”. We put so much of ourselves into our business story, because it is OUR story, and yet we risk burnout by overloading our to-do lists or taking on more than we need to (in that moment). Set yourself a little challenge: 1️⃣ Keep a diary/time log of everything you do for your business today 2️⃣ Score each action out of five (five being an absolute necessity for your success) 3️⃣ Add a note about the “five-scoring” activities you didn’t do Tomorrow: 1️⃣ Don’t repeat anything that scored less than a two 2️⃣ Add in one of those missing “five-scoring” activities 3️⃣ Beat your score from today 4️⃣ The day after, beat that score again It’s never about doing more. It’s about doing less, better. (Let me know in the comments how your end-of-day energy has changed after a few days - and if you'd like to talk more about managing your time/energy/attention, we can do that too).

I know this one thing will drive my business forward, but for the life of me, I just can't seem to do it... For years, I avoided the tasks that truly mattered. Not because of time... ↳ because of fear Fear of how others would perceive my work. So, I filled my days with low-stakes tasks. Busy work that kept me swirling… but didn't move the needle with my business. The important projects were buried under layers of overthinking and the anxiety of potential criticism. When I did get to these vital tasks, analysis paralysis usually had me iterating over and over, dragging out the delivery. Doing small, easy tasks made me feel “busy,” but really? I was just dodging the meaningful work. Sound familiar? Here’s what changed: I unpacked where the fear was coming from ↳ What emotion was preventing you from getting started and fix that ↳ For me, it was fear of judgment More tactically, I broke big projects into smaller, manageable pieces. ↳ When you view a project as a single task, it often seems daunting ↳ Chip away smaller tasks and build momentum Now, the tasks that once seemed daunting are the ones I look forward to. This is the work that makes the biggest impact on my business forward. The takeaway? Procrastination isn’t always about time management. Often, it’s about facing the fears holding you back. If you’re feeling stuck, ask yourself: What am I really afraid of? Face it. And watch your confidence grow. Comment Below: What fear if removed would propel you forward? P.S. Do you feel like a broken record, saying the same things over and over…” You sit down at the end of the day, drained. Today felt like déjà vu—a continuous loop of giving the same instructions. Sending the same reminders, and still… things slip through the cracks. It’s not that you didn’t make yourself clear. You did. But somehow, the details still get missed, the follow-through falls short, and the tasks come back to you half-done or need another nudge. And each time, you think, “Didn’t we just go over this?” 🤔 ✳️ Imagine what it would feel like if you didn’t have to remind, check, and double-check constantly. ✳️ Imagine if every person on your team knew exactly what to do—because the steps were clear, documented, and easy to follow. That’s what systems and processes bring: ➡️ Clarity ➡️ Consistency, and ➡️ Accountability. When your team has a reliable framework to guide their work, they can handle their responsibilities without leaning on you for every detail. They know exactly what’s expected and how to get it done, and they take ownership. With clear processes, you stop being the “broken record,” allowing you to step out of micromanaging and focus on bigger goals, confident that the daily details won’t slip through the cracks. “You didn’t start your business to spend your days chasing loose ends, did you?” When you’re ready for change, as a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁, I can help you create a systemised business where your team can finally take the lead—freeing you to focus on what really matters.
