I agree Mark. There is a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty and sometimes we lose sight of the fact that the path to that is employee satisfaction and loyalty.

3monot only difficult for others to recruit people , when a person earns an employee of the month or employee of the years it shows others how good and well that person does the better for that person to make a job change go easy the more difficult for that person’s present employer to retain knowing that others will raise a better deal that they cannot match
