This definitely resonates! I used to be all about crafting the perfect pitch, but I've found way more success by letting customers take the lead. It's amazing what you learn when you just listen. The other day, a prospect mentioned his pain area and it totally shifted the conversation. Suddenly, I wasn't just selling a product, I was offering a solution to their specific problem. Definitely a convert to the "customer-controlled call" approach!
