Pet peeves. Luxury hospitality is about getting things spot on- but at times, this isn't always the case (unless you're at Quinta Do Lago 😉). I was curious to know what the average customer's pet peeves are within the realm of luxury hospitality so I did some searching and delved into reasons why customers leave bad reviews within the industry.
