These workflows help us stay organised and ensure nothing gets overlooked. We update them as needed to keep everything on track. . Scheduled Work Time: ⏰ We assign specific times each week or month to handle your tasks. When you send us information, we attach it to the relevant workflow and address it during the scheduled time. If you need something done sooner, just let us know to avoid any delays. . Team Collaboration: 🤝 Your account is accessible to our entire team. This approach minimises delays caused by team members' days off or unexpected absences. . Dedicated Support: 👩💼 You’ll have a primary team member handling your day-to-day tasks, with another team member overseeing the review and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency. . Prioritised Tasks: 📈 We prioritise wage processing, followed by supplier payments and customer invoicing. All other tasks are scheduled based on urgency and deadlines. . Communication: 📞 If there are changes or issues on your end, please inform us promptly so we can adjust our workflows. During peak times, responses to emails may be slower, so a call to your assigned team member may ensure quicker assistance. .
