When choosing between a concrete and brick oven, you can consider things like: Durability Concrete domes are brittle and can crack under heat, so they're not recommended for pizza ovens. Bricks are a better choice because they're more durable and can last longer. Cooking time Refractory ovens are better for cooking at high temperatures quickly, while brick ovens are better for cooking more slowly and giving food a traditional look. Cost Firebricks are more expensive, but they're worth the investment for a year-round facility. #pizzaoven #brickoven #concreteoven
