Story time! I got a message on Monday, followed by a call + voicemail. Someone out there needed STARC Systems Inc. walls ASAP. We connected, ran through the options, and had a solution figured out in under 100 minutes. I brought in a rental partner we have in the area and walls were on site for this customer request the same day! Why do I share this story? Three reasons: 1. Being visible and active on LinkedIn is what led to this sale. My number is available on here and I am always talking about our products. 2. STARC is extremely nimble and we can make those seemingly impossible situations happen thanks to our many partners nationwide. 3. This was NOT our traditional customer - in fact it’s an industry that we have not aggressively prospected. You never know who’s seeing your product and thinking of a use for it. This is why I love LinkedIn. More importantly, this is what’s so exciting about the opportunity we have at STARC. Who would’ve thought…? WALLS! #construction #renovation
