What a team 🫶 Yesterday, we got to meet Schantelle Phillips IRL! Almost 1 year ago to the date, Schantelle joined Martens Legal. I had put out to the universe (well the FB group Like Minded Bitches Drinking Wine - thanks to Jane Lu for creating such a wonderful platform for people to connect 👏) that we needed extra coverage in the business for my planned mat leave. After chatting with a number of potentials, it was Schantelle who had me sold! A wonderful (remote) working relationship began, which has grown into more and more day to day responsibilities within Martens Legal - as she is a total superstar ⭐️ Schantelle is located in Townsville but is holidaying down our way, so yesterday was the first time we all got to meet in person.
