Using these precooked chicken strips were a massive help for me on the go. If you can cook from home its definitely cheaper but if your busy, buying a bunch of these packs makes it really easy to add protein you want to any meal. Try these high protein dirt cups to bump up protein content of any meal or as a bedtime snack! High Protein Dirt Cups: 1.5 cups Greek or Icelandic yogurt 1/2 cup chocolate PB 2 powder 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup Crushed chocolate cookies (about 1 cup) Mix everything except the cookies together. Crush cookies (with filling removed) and layer yogurt with cookie crumbs. Makes 3-4 servings
