We, as IP attorneys, always have a topic to discuss, and yesterday it was quite useful and practical to review new Classification updates together with IP Office representative on our #askNAPA webinar. I' m sure, that new terms of Nice Classification are in some sense a "mirror" of our nowadays reality. And as a proof - here are some examples: we have new term " cruise missiles " added to class 13 as a good; at the same time new service –“ rental of sunglasses for fashion purposes, other than for vision correction” is added to class 45 (by the way, “rental of sunglasses for vision correction” belongs to class 44) – different aspects of today’s reality, we live in… How about you, do you usually notice modifications in Nice Classification?
