A great little primer on the marriage of business and interpersonal process. Group interaction, particularly when it involves decision-making, often tips heavily on the "what" and not the "how". Lack of attention to how we interact can certainly become "unfair", but also unnecessarily challenging, inefficient, and ineffective for the organization.
