I often hear 2 things when I speak to WOC in insurance: 1. “I fell into this industry and enjoy it.” 2. “But I’m not earning my potential.” Do you resonate with one or both? Before you answer – Meet my client, K. K worked in insurance since out of school. It was all she knew. In fact, she had: • Built lasting relationships. • Spent years mastering her craft. • Brought success to plenty of teams. • Went to events on behalf of the company. • But sat unfulfilled in her remote role for months. She knew she wasn’t where she wanted to be. Before we worked together, she had: • Struggled to show up fully. • Grown tired of her usual work. • Doubted her impact and purpose. • Spent most of her week overwhelmed. • And found herself sitting with no direction. She knew it was far from her vision for her career. So she decided to join my 1:1 program, Full Coverage. Within 90 days, K was able to: • Expand her view of future ideal roles. • Build a top-tier digital presence. • Solidify her desired impact. • Position all of her assets. • Align her next chapter. All because of my program’s strategies and tools. But the best part for K? She found her purpose-driven role. A role that allows her to drive toward the vision. Of what younger K had in mind all those years ago. If you’re struggling to get the joy you crave in this industry. Allow K’s story to be your inspiration. Trust me, it’s within your reach. The answer lies in you: • Believing a better future is possible. • Expanding your current view. • And betting on yourself. All of which you get when you work with me. Because I’ve curated the perfect solution for you. If you sense you’re ready for more in your career. And want to make an impact that lasts, let’s chat. #WOC #insurance #careers #development #pursuewhatmatters P.S. I have 3 spots left in my Full Coverage program before I convert to a waitlist for the summer.

One single mistake nearly cost my insurance career. (And I don’t want it to happen to you.) I had done well in my career. Watching my skillset grow in real time. Getting experience in new areas. Seeing my salary skyrocket. Wearing nice titles. Perfect, right? Not even close. Something was off. And I couldn’t shake it. I wasn’t creating impact. Nor moving with purpose. In the way I thought I would. I wasn’t pouring from a full cup. Which left me dissatisfied. Frustrated. Stuck. Even worse – I considered giving up. The industry didn’t need me. So, I constantly moved in circles. Until I started working on these 3 things: [1] Flipping my support system. I reserved spots only for people: Walking paths I admired. With ACTUAL tools to help me. While inspiring healthy habits for growth. [2] Deepening the relationship with myself. I used more of my time: Understanding my strengths. Redefining standards of success. Getting acquainted with present-day me. [3] Overhauling my brand. No longer sitting back, I focused on: Identifying my assets. Carving out my brand identity. Attracting the right opportunities. I started small, focused on consistency. Now, I can pour from a full cup. Because I made bold moves for my future. You can have this in your insurance career, too. Get the help you need. Don't allow things to fester. You deserve to be fulfilled in your career. --------- Like what you see? 5 years ago, I made a lateral move to a different role. 1 week later, I regretted the decision. By that point: I considered leaving insurance altogether. Which is even more puzzling because I had success: • Redefining teams. • Seeing my skills catapult. • Solving high-exposure problems. • Building up an expertise, valued at a premium. I got so caught up in the hype of: • Bonuses. • Designations. • Leadership praise. • Constant advancement. I missed the realization that: I was successful on paper – But burnt out and miserable internally. I lost track of what was important to me: Balance and impact. • So, I tried to find what was right. • But I didn’t know where to turn. • Work was piling up to my ears. • Doubts came in large waves. • Questions left unanswered. Everything felt out of place. I attempted to adapt. But the uncertainty was always there. So, what does this mean for you? Well you might hear things like: → “Know your strengths.” → “Seek mentors for guidance.” → “Network more to open new doors.” Trust me, that’s good advice. But you also need to understand: → What are you moving toward? → Is your destination crystal clear? → Are you driving your career aligned? Because here’s the reality of it: You spend too much of your time working. You run the risk of wasting more and more time, When you move without purpose in your career. It took me years to realize what was missing, And know how to get a role in the industry, That checked off every one of my boxes. But once I did – everything fell into place. The same can happen for you. Remember: Your time is precious. Don’t sit in a role any longer unfulfilled. Align your career. Watch everything fall into place. P.S. Ready to find your aligned role in the next 30 days? DM me “Coverage” and I’ll send you the details. P.P.S. There are only 2 days left to take advantage of the exclusive bonuses I’m offering to the first 3 insurance professionals who get accepted into my program. Details are in the comments 👇🏽

“I want to be available and help my team, but I spend all day getting interrupted to solve their problems!” 😮💨 The tension between coaching and enabling is real. When people are stressed and pinched for time, it’s not uncommon to see high-performers take back (or take over) work instead of guiding a colleague toward a solution. They care deeply about speed and quality and can get caught in a trap where they feel like they have to do it because nobody else can… Yet nobody else can because we haven’t shown them how or allowed space (and grace) to practice. Alaska Airlines gave me a courtesy notice last night about my flight today to WBN - Worldwide Broker Network’s 70th global conference. “No WIFI for you tomorrow” I appreciated their honesty and grabbed a book off the shelf that I hadn’t looked at for a few months - Traction. As you reflect upon your day, pause if you notice any frustration about other people’s problems that you have to solve. Did you let them drop their monkey off with you? 🙈🙉🙊 Did you insist they leave it and now you’re crabby about it? 😂 While this excerpt is about direct reports, employee benefits is a team sport. I’ve seen Producers, Account Executives and Account Managers all drop off monkeys and never look back. 👀 I know there were times in my career when I was moving so fast that I automatically went into fix-it mode instead of pausing to encourage someone to talk through their options. Are you doing the same? Maybe your team can incorporate this into your shared language… “I’m not dropping off this monkey with you, but I need advice on where to put him.” Or “Are you asking me to take care of the monkey or you need advice?” As for the last highlighted line, get curious about why someone can’t walk out with the monkey. It usually has more to do with training and preparedness than dedication or smarts. Would I want my daughter to follow me into the insurance industry? Honestly, I'm not sure. When a colleague asked me this, it made me reflect on my journey. The insurance industry isn't exactly the most popular career choice—it’s often misunderstood. But for me, it’s been more than just a job. It’s given me the financial freedom and flexibility to spend precious time with my family. The question, though, isn’t whether I’d want her to join my business. It’s whether I’ve given her the clarity and confidence to choose her own path—whatever that may be. I’ve realised that my career isn’t the legacy I leave behind; it’s a tool to build the life I want for my family. My legacy is my family. And I want my daughter to have the same freedom to design her life, with or without the insurance industry. How about you—have you thought about what legacy you’re building? Is it tied to your career, or is it something more? #CareerReflection #LegacyBuilding #InsuranceIndustry #FamilyFirst

Monday morning, exactly 30 days ago. I woke up to a new reality. → The usual log-in. → The usual email routine. → The usual dialing into a meeting. → The usual chit-chat about weekend activities. → The usual focus on what I needed to tackle for the week. Everything gone. No more. (Well, all except the last one.) You might be wondering: What happened? I simply left my role in insurance. And decided to choose myself. As well as my: (+) Interests (+) Strengths (+) Standards (+) Well-being (+) And dreams But, it didn’t start 30 days ago. It started long before then. Being overwhelmed. Being super drained. And it creates a false narrative because: (-) You believe this is it for you. (-) You feel opportunities are limited. (-) You think you need to gain more experience. (-) You wonder if you’ve hit a cap on your earnings and fulfillment. So hear me out: What if I told you there’s another outcome for you in your insurance career? In fact, I’ve built the perfect solution to help you get clear and move toward your next aligned role - all within the first 30 days.
