Why are you guys different? Like why would I invest with you over someone else? So there's really two things that we do differently than I think a lot of people. And you know #1 is just the time and effort that we've put into our acquisition strategy. So that's us with our sales team. That's us with our software, that right property, that needle in the haystack and then buying it. So under market, it's really hard to mess that up because we have multiple exit strategies, obviously flipping and then burying and then even just selling it as is. Or even to another investor. We, we can, we can do those things. So that's number one. Number two is, you know, my partner Matt and I, you know, he's just incredible with our budgeting, our construction crew that we have, you know, we're really vertically integrated because we have a construction team. This is a third party doubt. You know, we really care about the quality. So when you put those two together, it's really just it's magic.
