*1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY* Sitting on a plane flying back from Cape Town after doing some work with a new client (Barrows) - i can’t help but look back with gratitude at how much has happened in the the first year of our business!! We (ProtegeProject) officially kicked off in May 2023…. Throughout the year I have found myself living between; - Panic AND Possibility. - I don’t want to do this AND I can’t believe I get to do this!! - I have no idea how to do this AND I have seen behind the magic curtain and it’s not that hard… - Im beyond exhausted, fatigues and overwhelmed AND I’m so energised (what a time to be alive) - Im a con-man (imposter syndrome) and I hope they don’t find out AND I think I may have really helped them! - Oh flip that didn’t work at all how I wanted it to AND flip that thing worked - okay wow thats cool… - You dum Col, what the hell are you doing AND woohaa Im so glad we took this risk!! - There’s literally no work coming in AND there are so many incredible opportunities out there… - Failure is days away AND I reckon we finding our groove here… A year marked by many losses (learnings) and a couple remarkable wins.
