Time is one of those things we all wish we had more of, right? For years, I felt like I was constantly juggling priorities but rarely felt productive or focused. Then I discovered time-blocking – and it completely changed how I approach my days. The beauty of time-blocking is its simplicity. It’s about giving your priorities a clear space to exist. When I started blocking out time for my most important tasks, I noticed an immediate shift. Suddenly, I wasn’t just busy – I was intentional. If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, I’d love to help you explore this method (and other techniques) to regain control of your time and energy. Ready to take back your day? Book a Discovery Session with me today, and let’s make it happen:https://lnkd.in/gyHXBv_Q Your time is valuable – let’s make it work for you. Time: Your Most Valuable Asset We all have 24 hours in a day. What we do with them defines our lives. Getting caught up in the daily grind is easy, but have you ever stopped to consider how your time reflects your values? What truly matters to you? Is it spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing personal growth, expressing your creativity, making a difference in the world, or something else entirely? Our time is a precious resource. When we spend it on activities that align with our core values, we experience a deeper sense of fulfillment and purpose. But how do we make time work for us instead of the other way around? Prioritize ruthlessly. What absolutely must get done? What can be delegated, automated, or even eliminated? Embrace the power of "no." You can't do everything. Learn to politely decline requests that don't serve your highest priorities. Create a schedule that honors your values. Block off time for what truly matters, whether it's family time, exercise, creative pursuits, or simply time for reflection. By aligning your time with your values, you're not just managing your time; you're shaping your life. What are your core values? How are you making time for them today? #CNJAssociates #TimeManagement #Priorities #SelfImprovement #WorkLifeBalance #ValuesDriven

Ever feel like you’re juggling a million things, but still not making progress where it counts? We’re all guilty of trying to do it all—chasing deadlines, squeezing in family time, and maybe remembering to drink water. But where’s the balance in that? Here’s the hard truth: your time is finite. And if you’re spending it on everything and everyone but yourself, you’re burning out, not levelling up. If you’re smashing it at work but your personal life feels like it’s in tatters, or if you’re spending family time but your health goals are gathering cobwebs, this is for you. Today on the #DecemberToRemember series, I'm sharing the Circle of Life Worksheet – It's something that I picked up from the late great Zig Ziglar. It's an amazing tool for anyone who wants to realign their priorities. It helps you see which areas are thriving and which ones are crying out for attention and shows you where your time REALLY needs to go. If you want it, please comment "I want Zig's worksheet" and we'll get it right to you. When you can see your life from a bird's eye view, you make better decisions about where to invest your precious time. Stop feeling guilty about saying "no" to things that don't serve your bigger picture. Onwards and upwards, my friends Px #timemanagement #businessowner #businessgrowth

I personally guarantee this approach will change your life. Now that’s a big bold claim… right? This is one of my favorite productivity philosophies because it's simple, powerful, and life-changing when you commit to it. It’s Done By One. At its core — Done By One — is about focusing on the needle-moving activities — the major priorities that truly matter — and getting them done by 1 PM every day. Mornings are your brain’s prime time. You’re sharper, faster, and more creative. By identifying your top 3-5 priorities, you will cut through the noise and focus on what really matters. By 1 PM, you’ve already “won the day.” Everything after that feels easier. Starting with meaningful wins sets a powerful tone for the rest of your day. It’s not just about productivity. It’s about having time and mental space for what you love. You’ll have: 1. More Clarity 2. More Energy 3. More Momentum 4. Less Stress 5. More Freedom Yes or No, Have you tried Done By One? If yes, how did it go? If not, why not? What would your life look like if you were #DoneByOne?

Before the chaos of the day begins, take a few minutes to plan your day. It's a simple yet powerful habit that can boost one’s productivity, reduce stress, and help us achieve our goals. Write down all the tasks you need to complete, breaking them down into smaller, manageable chunks. Allocate specific time slots for each task, bearing in mind that life can be unpredictable, so donot overschedule. Leave some room for adjustments and unexpected tasks. By planning your day, you can ably increase productivity, efficiency, reduce stress and feel more in control of your days ahead. #HappyTuesday #ProductivityHacks

What is your why? We go through the days, crossing things off lists, prioritizing tasks and what the more important crisis might be. Despite the path of exhaustion, frustration, or, maybe, even autopilot, you are on, it is essential we all slow down and remember our why. Why did you get into the field you are in? Why did you choose the job you did? Why do you enjoy your coworkers? Why are you great at what you do? Why do strive to do more, strive to grow? Take the time to pause and reflect on your why. Start your day, pause for reflection, or simply reset. Your why matters. #ConnectionsAllWays #BookendsTherapy

Do you remember my post last week under the orange tree 🍊 It seems to have resonated deeply, as it became my most engaging post this year. Today, I want to share some more reflections from that amazing spot after closing my laptop for the day. In such a calm and inviting atmosphere, my thoughts flowed freely, leading to some valuable insights. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: ⏳ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: My goal for the second half of the year is to be more intentional with my time. This means minimizing multitasking (deliberately emphasizing "attempts") and reducing screen time outside of work hours. 📍𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Whether I'm writing an email, cooking a delicious meal, eating, running, or engaging in any other activity, I strive to be fully present within this activity, not chacing already the next thing. 👓 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Concentrating on a few selected tasks that truly propel me and BxC forward, instead of cluttering my mental space with countless open tasks. As we just started the second half of 2024, what changes do you want to make in how you life and work? #MindfulWork #Productivity #WorkLifeBalance #ProfessionalGrowth

Procrastination is powerless. Seize the day! ☀️ Here are some ways to overcome procrastination. 👉 Big tasks can feel overwhelming. Break them into smaller, more manageable steps. 👉 Before the day begins, take a few minutes to plan out your tasks. Schedule time for each one, including breaks. 👉 Turn off your phone notifications, silence your social media, and find a quiet place to work. 👉 Tackle a quick and easy task first. Completing something small can give you a sense of accomplishment and motivate you to keep going. 👉 Do the most important or unpleasant task first. Once it's out of the way, you'll feel a sense of relief and be more productive for the rest of the day. 👉 A cluttered workspace can be distracting. Take a few minutes to tidy up your desk or workspace. 👉 Even a short walk or jog can help improve your focus and concentration. #overcomeprocrastination #thoughtoftheday #wednesdaythoughts
