Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a virtual setting (California Time Zone)
- Manage customer accounts and inquiries effectively.
- Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and English with a clear accent.
- minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar discipline
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
