“You are always so prepared, I wish I could be more like you.” . My colleagues and leaders at Vendasta regularly complement me on how organized and on top of things I am. While I wish I could say that it is easy, keeping everything straight when you work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment can really throw a wrench in your plans. But all the same, it is an even stronger argument to get organized. Here’s what I do to stay on top of my tasks, always meet deadlines, and improve the productivity of my work and my meetings: 1. I write everything I need to do in a week down on a list. 2. I add meeting notes to every meeting for myself and others to collaborate on. 3. I check things off as soon as I complete them. 4. I set realistic deadlines and am transparent when things might take more time. 5. When I pass along a project/task to another team member, I make it very easy for them to pick up where I left off. 6. I take a full lunch every single day away from my desk and leave at 5 pm every night. 7. I don’t worry about what is coming up next week, I trust I will plan things out right on Monday. It’s all about discipline and commitment to yourself. You would be surprised what taking 10 minutes in the morning to plan out your day, and five minutes before a meeting can do for your work and your confidence. #tuesdaytips #vendasta #organizationtips #linkedinadvice

Here some tips to generate buzz and to keep your sales team motivated and focused: 1️⃣ Set clear and achievable goals: break down your targets into daily goals for last closing week. Celebrate small wins to keep the team motivated and aware of their progress towards the bigger goal. 2️⃣ Enable a competitive spirit: introduce friendly and fun competitions with leaderboards and incentives. Recognize and reward not just the highest sales, but also i.e. the most active, most improved and the hardest working team members. 3️⃣ Communicate constantly: hold daily stand-ups or check-ins to keep everyone aligned and focused. Monday Motivation! I want to take a moment to shine the spotlight on someone who's truly been crushing it lately - our very own BDR superstar, Muhammad Hussain Aslam ! 🚀 In his early 20s, Hussain isn't just riding the waves; he's making them! While our company record hovered around the 7-8 meeting mark, Hussain swooped in and set a staggering new record by scheduling 10 meetings! That's right, double digits! 📈🎉 His remarkable achievement is setting a new standard of excellence at Zaphyre. Hussain's dedication and hard work are a testament to the value he brings to our team. He's not just meeting goals; he's setting them! Now, in a lighter vein, let's all grab some popcorn and see how many of these meetings sail through the QC. No pressure, Hussain, but we're all eyes and ears! 😄🍿 But Jokes apart, it should be our job to highlight such achievements. Hussain, you've shown us what's possible with grit and determination. You're not just a team player; you're a team leader. Thank you for pushing the boundaries and inspiring us all. Remember my brother! Work selflessly. Work with your full dedication. Don't just limit what you learn. Learn more and spread that knowledge more. Here's to Hussain 🍸 Also Big Shout-out to Mahum Qureshi and Rahim O. who were there for him during the trainings and getting him on the track of hard working. Cheers to many more records to broken! #TeamZaphyre #RecordBreaker #MeetingMaestro #bdr #appreciation #appreciationpost #mondaymotivation

Looking to grow your sales without selling; let me show you how to make sales calls without selling; effectively, confidently & ethically.
In 𝗦ales and 𝗕usiness 𝗗evelopment and want to switch off❓ Here are my 4️⃣ tips to give you peace of mind...see below ⬇️ It doesn't matter if it's :- 🎯 Targets 🤝 Meetings booked / attended 📉 Sales quotas 📊 KPIs or 👨💻 Activity It's the weekend - should be a "yay 🙋♂️" 𝗕𝗨𝗧 if it isn't. What next⁉️ Here's what we do & why. ▶️ 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 - the week may not have gone your way. Don't just look at the lack of results, ask yourself what happened? Was the activity put in? ▶️ 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 - based on the results; was there something you could have done better? Did you follow the process? You do have a process, right? (if not, ask me) ▶️ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 - what have you learnt? Are there changes that need to be made? (Usually, yes) ▶️ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 - Make the relevant changes to help you hit the ground running. This might be easier said than done. The alternative is going back to the office next week and having a repeat of an 🙅 "off week", this isn't something anyone wants. 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 - 𝗦ales and 𝗕usiness 𝗗evelopment isn't a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 job. If something isn't working you will need to put in the extra time to ensure that things are up and running - the only person carrying the 🔦 torch is you. "Does this resonate with you, what are your thoughts?" - Let me know in the 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙗𝙤𝙭 below 👇 If you like this post remember to hit the 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 and click the +𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪 & 🔔 (for great sales related content) #sales #motivation #productivity
