🎉 Practical Completion of Eden Campus, Kingston! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce the practical completion of the Eden Campus in Kingston. This development provides 290,000 sq ft of commercial office space across two buildings, with Unilever taking the Lease on both buildings, as well as a new car park with 356 car parking spaces, with 30% of them equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. One of the project’s standout features is the creation of a new publically accessible woodland walk, enhancing the green space in the area and promoting well-being for all who visit. The project has achieved an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent certification, and WIRED Platinum status. We are incredibly proud to have been the Project Managers and Employer’s Agents on this project, working alongside an exceptional team. Special thanks go to Cube Real Estate for placing their trust in us, and to the entire project team, including McLaughlin & Harvey, Darlings, MNP, Aecom, and RBG—your expertise and collaboration were invaluable in bringing this vision to life. We look forward to seeing the Eden Campus thrive as a hub of innovation and sustainability in Kingston! 🌱 Cube RE Darling Associates Architects AECOM Unilever Mason Navarro Pledge Ltd McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd Robert Bird Group #EdenCampus #Kingston #CommercialRealEstate #Sustainability #ProjectManagement #BuildingTheFuture #ConstructionCompletion #Unilever #GreenSpaces #Collaboration #RealEstateDevelopment
Fantastic project to be a part of! 👏
Great team work! A new wave of workplace design.
Well done Luke Nurser and all the team - this is a great addition to Kingston town that needed some modern commercial mix to the resi that has been developed over the years in the town and the existing bars, cafes and restaurants on the river also. All the best.
Congrats!

3moGreat to see this project embedded into the Kingston-upon-Thames skyline. The transformation of such a challenging site into such a top quality campus development required a true collaboration, positive attitude and enormous effort throughout lockdown and the following market conditions. The challenge was met head on by all involved - with Francis Hunter PM leading by example. A pleasure to have been involved throughout the journey. Congratulations to all involved.
