I never envisioned myself getting involved in higher education, civic enterprise or economic development projects and events but when given the opportunity, I leaned in. Not having a degree aside Associate from The Community College of the Air Force, it was intimidating to say the least. But, there I was, being asked to lecture, lead and learn. Point being, credential and capability can be obtained a myriad of ways throughout life. Always turn over the rocks in your path and if someone happens to throw one at you, try to catch it instead of duck.
