Congratulations to Ljiljana Rajić, Ian Goodine, and Ethan Walko for being accepted into Activate's 2024 Cohort! We're so excited that these MassCEC grantees are participating in Activate's largest cohort to date. Selected from over 1,000 applicants, this new class of fellows is pioneering some of today's most promising innovations across a range of critical sectors, including #energy, #transportation, #manufacturing, #agriculture, and #nationalsecurity. During the two-year Activate fellowship, they'll turn their breakthroughs into businesses and transform into high-impact entrepreneurs. 🌊 Ljiljana Rajić is a co-founder and chief science officer of #InnovateMass grantee Elateq, an Amherst-based water treatment company that is creating the next generation of electrochemical water processing technologies. Using novelties in electrochemical systems, Elateq enables regulatory wastewater compliance for various industries and does so sustainably. ♻ Ian Goodine, co-founder and CEO, and Ethan Walko, co-founder and CTO, hail from #AmplifyMass grantee rStream, a Boston-based company that uses robotics and AI to sort waste from a single input into recycling, compost, and trash containers with 90% accuracy. It is such an honor to see these award-winning #Massachusetts-based #climatetech companies thrive in their fields and build a sustainable future for all. See the full list of Cohort 2024 members 🔽
