On the Master B2B Friday 15 podcast, Andy Hoar and Brian Beck talk about how often practitioners should re-visit their digital strategy. Andy shared how he thinks that one of the biggest challenges is that companies of a certain size are not really equipped to handle the speed of change in digital: "Most companies are built for stasis. They're built for stability. They're built to execute. But they're not built for disruption. They're not built for self assessment." Brian talked about the difficulty of finding a balance between structure and agility: "You have to leave some margin to be agile. You can have a plan. You have to have a structure. You have to have something to march against. You have to have a vision, and there are some B2B leaders who, every year, put out a vision and talk about how we're going to work against our vision. But you have to have a structure to start with, and it's really important to be flexible." Subscribe to the Master B2B Friday 15 podcast wherever you listen to podcasts...

B2B Marketing is complex and many companies still don't know how to approach it. It's subjective and many answers start with "It depends". But there are core principles that will help you get started on the right path! I'm glad I got the chance to speak to Cover Buddies about this on their podcast. 20 minutes doesn't feel enough to cover everything that I have to say about B2B Marketing but it's a start for many SMEs who want an idea of how they can start. You might have seen clips from our podcast. TLDR: The B2B SaaS Growth Podcast Yes, there are a lot of podcasts already. But I still had to listen to ~10-20 of them to learn anything actionable. So, we created the perfect podcast for us. 1. Quick summary at the start. Like it? Listen. Don't? Skip. 2. Extremely actionable. Let's talk about exactly how I can implement this. Teams, costs, expectations, results. 3. Not common knowledge. If this information is available in too many places, we won't publish the episode. We had a clear vision: Contribute $100,000 dollars to our listener's pipeline by 2025. Here's what we didn't think too much about: Our guests getting leads Turns out, when you show people exactly how you do something... they know you're THE expert and, they want to work with you.
