Seasonal roof checks are important to be able to keep or just. Exterior checks are important to be able to keep up with the life expectancy of your roof. We do offer a program now that we would inspect your roof twice a year. And the reason for that is especially with the expansion and contraction from hot to cold, cold to hot, this crazy weather we've been having snow to ice. It can cause not even necessarily the material itself, but some are like we'll call it the accessories and supporting material like caulk and silicone and and stuff like that to breakdown just because of the expansion and contraction. So it and also your gutters being cleaned and so on and so forth. So it it's extremely important to be able to. Make sure you stay on top of those things cause sometimes leak really just could be from your chimney not being caulked or the chimney flashing. Caulk actually being deteriorated and not kept up with.
