Trovare un lavoro sta diventando un lavoro. Molto faticoso, non remunerato e persino frustrante.
Le energie spese dai candidati nella ricerca di offerte di lavoro adeguate, nella stesura di #CV personalizzati e nei lunghi cicli di selezione, infatti, spesso finiscono con il non portare a nulla. Le aziende e i recruiter non forniscono mai un feedback ai candidati e, dopo averli incontratiper un colloquio, scompaiono nel nulla.
Una situazione che crea nei candidati un forte senso di frustrazione, una perdita dell’autostima e una sensazione di disonteriamento generale. Emozioni che da sempre contraddistinguono il burnout sul luogo di lavoro, e che ora si spostano anche fuori dall’ufficio.
Ma cosa possono fare le aziende per evitare tutto questo?
👉 Adottare una comunicazione chiara e trasparente, così da fornire ai candidati un feedback immediato (o quasi), anche in caso di rifiuto
👉 Rivedere i processi di selezione, riducendo le attese interminabili tra un colloquio.e l’altro
👉 Affidare le selezioni a professionisti del #recruiting, che dimostrino un’attenzione particolare al benessere mentale dei candidati
