Getting organized and regrouping with clients to catch up on forecasts for Q1 and Q2 2025 opportunities. During my holiday visits there was definitely a theme (as predicted) with #ContinuousImprovement initiatives continuing well into 2025 and beyond. Mechanical Engineers are STILL in high demand, I just picked up an entry level Manufacturing Engineer (1-3 years’ experience), as well as an Electrical Engineer role with a long-term local #aerospace client that offers excellent benefits, warm & supportive company culture and profit sharing. I also have two Quality Manager roles (at the top of my priority list) that have followed me from Q4 of 2024, (Defense electronics in NYC & Aerospace products here in Suffolk), I am in the process of catching up with a lot of you but dont' hesitate to reach out via #LinkedIn or email, I'm working on faster response times in 2025, (I’m a work in progress)!
