We're about to hire for our most critical position yet at Ivory: Head of Engineering. This is a critical position for us because while last year for us was all about going from 0 to 1, this is the year we go from 1 to 10 with our ambitious product roadmap. Even as we go through the predictable job listing places, through this post let us tell you, what we'd like to see. 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: 6-8+ years exp. being hands-on with tech. Even if you have a team today, we prefer you slightly more, if you're not averse to coding yourself. As founders, we're hands-on across different functions and we'd like to see that across our leadership team- it's culture-defining. 𝙏𝙬𝙤-𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Working with my co-founder, Rahul Krishnan, as Engineering leader, you will be responsible for delivering and executing the Product Roadmap. 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨: High agency.
