I just arrived in Berlin for InnoTrans 2024, where you will get a glimpse into our world. A world where we have over 80,000 talented individuals innovating to make transport cleaner, safer, seamless, efficient, connected, secure, enjoyable, equitable and accessible.   Since the last time we met in 2022, #TeamAlstom has been working towards these goals by:   - Mobilising for the #Paris2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, to ensure the commercial service of 3 metro lines, 2 tram lines and RER line extensions in the Île-de-France region for the games. - Expanding our green traction portfolio to replace diesel, with conclusive tests for the first hybrid regional train in France in 2023, 2 hydrogen train fleets in commercial service in Germany and the new battery-powered train presented in Chemnitz last year. - Leading the way with continuous innovation, having been at the forefront of autonomous rail for over 30 years, pushing the boundaries to making the highest automation level, GoA 4, possible on regional trains, as demonstrated today in our Salzgitter site. - Reinventing very high speed with the first dynamic tests for the TGV-M in early 2023 and deliver to SNCF in 2025. - Recording a global order intake of around €40bn in the period with about 400 Traxx locos, over 400 trams, over 2000 metro cars and over 250 Coradia regional trains joining our customers’ fleets all around the world. - A continuous growth for our Services business, building enduring partnerships with key customers such as Transport for London (TfL), CrossCountry, and Maryland Area Rail Commuter (MARC).   And that’s just a handful of examples!   Such highlights demonstrate the dedication of #TeamAlstom to addressing the transportation needs of the world – needs that are rapidly evolving due to technological advancements, demographic shifts, environmental concerns, and rapid urbanisation.   Come and meet Alstom on booth 450 in Hall 3.2 and discover the outdoor display of the Flexity tram for Berlin, our Coradia Max regional train, or our joint presentation of Traxx Universal with Akiem. https://lnkd.in/eZitbTkG   #InnoTrans2024 #MobilityByNature
