Getting a Court order to return to the property where our family our kids and I lived for years( from 2005 -October 26. 2023) I could not believe how it’s done, a bit unkind and so inhumane in the name of what? I ponder. The bank foreclose to collect a debt. The Broker with the Sheriff ‘s department evicted a residential tenant without a Court Order; with the locksmith they opened up your house in broad daylight. Pack your personal property including sensitive documents stuffed them in storage units forged your signature opening Account pay for the first month with their MasterCard quickly cancel so the following months you are responsible to pay approximately 600 for their doings if not your stuffs will be auction. I’m pretty sure this is not the first time they do it. They told the IRS they acquired an abandon house. But my name is on the deed they know it. I was in it paying the rent paying utility bills paying homeowners insurance paying for the solar panels I Lease from Tesla I don’t have enough income to pay for the property tax. State legislator has the tax offerred to investor at the end of the year. They are free to pay for your debts and lien on the house without your consent or signature or paperwork without your knowledge In two years if you don’t come up with the principal and interest repaying they have the right to foreclose your house to collect the debt plus Their Gain They sued the homeowner for default claiming themselves a plaintiff Call for harms. Demand judgment but you are the one who was evicted with the clothes on you back. To live in the subway Sleep under the sky Rest on the side street underneath somebody owning or be in unsafe unsanitary shelters condition neglected Unfit to live in We get sick and die. In the meantime they will fix up the house flip it to putting cosmetic new furnitures perhaps and sell it for a premium price line in the pocket with cash that don’t belong to them. The house already paid off the minute my mortgage approved many years ago. Is this the future of my children and their families? And I was charged with a crime & incarcerated? How did it happen that a Employment termination could end up in prison ? losing a job Slowly I go Bankrupt subject to Financial abuse From lack of income. My government could not support me the cost of leaving subjected me to be victimised by the Bank financial institution and their get rich schemes from the governmental agenda .
