what are you doing to get better? doesn't matter your role. what specific action do you take to get better? what evidence do you have that proves that action is making you better?

Being a sales personnel and failing to understand your products to the deepth can be a huge drawback to winning in sales.

Yes always ask yourself what could ag w gone better. I believe in critiquing yourself, looking in the mirror is the best way and then talk to successful associate. Ask them what they may have done differently and what they think of your thoughts on you. Make sure ask them tj be honest and not sugar coat it.
