Interesting study in Nature explaining why some people are immune to covid. High levels of activity of HLA-DQA2 before exposure to covid helped prevent a sustained infection. It would be interesting to see if these people were more resistant to other infections and diseases in a longitudinal study. https://lnkd.in/gewQ7v4x
