Today, iconic products such as the milk chocolate bar, Krackel, and Mr. Goodbar are still produced, but it’s the Hershey's Kiss and the innovative machine wrapping that truly capture our attention this time of year. A staggering 70 million candies are manufactured every day—now that’s a sweet achievement in manufacturing!

Manufacturing goes beyond merely creating products; it’s about shaping the future. Introducing youth to the manufacturing industry is a vital investment in our company’s long-term success. By hosting open houses and inviting school students for tours, we can share our story and showcase our contributions to the community and beyond. Companies like ours are actively fostering a pipeline of talented and passionate students by equipping them with knowledge, essential skills, and internship opportunities that can open doors to careers after graduation.
