🌍 Join the discussion on Risk-Benefit Assessment in Food and Nutrition! 🍽️ In academia as well as policy making, food safety and nutrition tend to be considered separately. But food can simultaneously have risks and benefits. Risk-benefit assessment (RBA) seeks to integrate the assessment of both risks and benefits to aid complex decision-making using a multidisciplinary approach. The ILSI Europe Expert Group on Risk-Benefit Assessment of Foods has initiated a project to promote the integration of risk and benefit assessments in the food and nutrition field. As part of this effort, we have launched a survey to collect comments and opinions from stakeholders interested in risk-benefit assessment.
