📢 NEW SUCCESS CASE THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTROLLING RAW MATERIALS Implementing rigorous quality control measures, such as #NIR technology and #ChemometricBrain software, can be a game-changer for ensuring the integrity of raw materials and final products in the food industry. Relying solely on Certificates of Analysis (COA) and laboratory analysis is not sufficient for comprehensive quality control of food ingredients. 🔍 By leveraging qualitative models created from near-infrared spectra, our customer was able to detect a deviation in a batch of ANHYDROUS TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE (HALAL) received from their supplier. This deviation, identified through careful analysis, could have led to serious consequences if left undetected. 👨🔬 The implementation of these advanced technologies allowed our customer to swiftly identify the non-conformity, enabling them to take immediate action. They promptly contacted the supplier, who acknowledged the issue, withdrew the deviating batch, and provided a replacement batch that met quality standards. 💼 Imagine the potential repercussions if the deviation had gone unnoticed! Subsequent claims on manufactured products, financial losses, wasted time, and damage to reputation could have been significant. 🚀 This case underscores the critical importance of proactive quality control measures in maintaining product integrity, safeguarding consumer safety, and protecting brand reputation.
