Every once in a while, you’ll read or learn about something that completely changes how you run your business. For me, that was “The Mythical Man-Month” by Fred Brooks and its insight on how adding more resources doesn’t always increase productivity. Learning that fundamentally changed how we staff projects at Codingscape. Instead of large teams, we offer focused software teams with a product manager. It maximizes efficiency, ensures effective communication, and prevents overstaffing. That's our pitch to clients: work with 5-10 engineers from Codingscape, and we'll help you specifically solve the problem instead of 50 engineers from Accenture. That’s why curiosity is so important. Someday, it’ll lead me towards the next big insight that will shape our business.

I manage all company websites and make sure they work well. Also, I participate in developing the company's app. 👩💻 I love this position, so I constantly learn all the skills needed to do my best in my role. 🤔 You worked with us from the early days, are there any memories you love and how the work culture here that make you commit for such a long time? 👩💻 I think there are 3 main reasons why I stick around for a long time. Firstly is good benefits, there is always fairness in evaluating capacity. Our efforts are always recognized. 👩💻 Secondly, is development opportunities. The company always listens, supports, and gives opportunities for self-development. 👩💻 Thirdly is a healthy environment. An environment where everyone behaves civilly towards each other.
