There’s a few redundancies in the area at the minute. Engineers are owed this at the very least... Clarity. What’s happening? When is it effective from? The compensation package. If you’re going to have mass redundancies, you need to follow up on the announcement with a detailed plan of what’s happening. Ultimately you want as seamless a process as you can to limit disruption to the remaining team members. #Redundancies #Engineers #MaintenanceEngineering

Seeing a lot of days roles atm. If you were open to work which would you prefer? Days or Shifts? There’s a lot of days roles out there and paying a decent wage. I’m expecting to see the average increase in our salary report coming soon. From earlier this year, we had reported on the days average for Coventry as sitting at £38,479. This was an increase on the report before, but I am pretty sure it’ll have increased again. If it’s shifts you like, drop a comment with the pattern you prefer the most.
