It feels like only yesterday, but 30 months (I can't really believe it) ago, we paid out a distribution, and since then, we have paid out each and every month to the investors in CalTier Fund 1! Incredible achievement. A huge milestone for CalTier and our first Reg A fund, CalTier Fund 1. We just paid out the 30th consecutive distribution. Yes 30! While past performance isn't a guarantee of the future, this demonstrates the power of what a well-constructed real estate portfolio of cash-flowing assets can do.
