Have your say! This is the second time launching the Generation Next survey so for those of you who aren’t familiar with the survey. The survey aims to gain a deeper understanding of the goals and support needs of people aged 18-35 (but the survey can be completed by employers so this shouldn’t limit who completes it). It will amplify their voices across the East Midlands Chamber network of over 4,000 members, providing regional employers with insights into the factors influencing young people’s career choices. This will help create a better environment for them to live, grow and work in. The survey results will enhance the network's efforts to support 18 to 35-year-olds in the region by helping them develop their skills, access mentoring opportunities, broaden their networks, and have their achievements recognised through an annual awards program. The findings will be presented at Generation Next’s second annual conference on January 14 or 15, 2025. https://lnkd.in/eA5CRQWx
