ERGs are such a valuable resource in an organisation. Creating safe spaces for its members, collaborating with other networks to unite on initiatives that align with their shared goals and feeding into the DEI strategy of the organisation. They certainly deserve to be supported, recognised and celebrated both internally and externally. Especially as these are "side of desk" roles that are being carried out in addition to the day jobs.
