I had the opportunity to work with a sister company this week as part this year's President's Kaizen in Parma, Italy. It was a great week working with talented team members leveraging tools from our ATS Business Model (ABM) to make improvements within the business driving impacts to our employees, customers, and shareholders. It was a great week working with a diverse team. I enjoyed learning with the team gaining insights to processes that can help support the business. #ABM #PeopleProcessPerformance #continuousimprovement

Presidents kaizen day 3- How do you know you’re on the right track with a solution? How are you going to measure and show impact from your efforts? As the 2024 President’s Kaizen continues into its third day, our seven global teams are pivoting towards a focus on the future state and making tomorrow better than today. A constant reminder that I’ve been sharing with our teams is that a successful kaizen event isn’t determined by the volume of work done, or the amount of data collected, but rather the outputs of the event that are realized and measured in the months and years that follow. It was great to spend the day with CFT in Parma, Italy, where a cross-functional team is looking at improves to how customer inquiries are tracked and resolved. With ambitious targets and significant variables at play, it was great to see this team come together to build solutions for this critical operation.
