Yes, General Practice deserves more and yes, it looks as though you may be overlooked once again given what your Junior Doctor colleagues have been offered, but right and wrong aside, how much does an additional 4% and therefore c6% in total help? And I don't mean in the 'every little helps' sense or a 'it's not enough because we deserve more' sense, rather a genuine question of whether a 6% uplift pushes the need in any noticeable way? #gpjobs #nhsjobs #generalpractice #primarycare #menloparkprimarycare Menlo Park Recruitment

Director, Recruiting - MDstaffers | Physicians • Advanced Practitioners • Mental Health Clinicians • Telehealth
It seems like 95% of the conversations I've had with #physicians recently have some iteration of the same issues. I tend to hear these most often: • "I'm 𝙀𝙓𝙃𝘼𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙀𝘿 & 𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙇𝙈𝙀𝘿. Between [x] patients per hour AND charting long into the evening..." • "My practice is not what it seemed to be when I interviewed. 𝙄 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩/𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚." • "My friends/colleagues are 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙚." Change is scary. Locum tenens is not for everyone. It's not a one-size fits all. It's important to make informed decisions when it comes to making drastic career decisions. However, there are win/win/win situations that can be created by locums assignments. I am a firm believer that happy physicians lead to happy patients and inevitably happy health systems. (& most importantly, quality patient outcomes❗) If you've felt any of the above three sentiments at some point during your career, it might be worth taking a look what locum tenens entail. There are 13 benefits in this article... I'd say the 14th benefit is that MDstaffers and its consultative team exists. 😉 #locumtenens #healthcare #physicianjobs #leadership #burnout https://lnkd.in/ggPsTR3n

I created a website where physicians can rate their employers. Shockingly (not), even reputedly "good" employers use social media policies to prevent and intimidate their employees from using such sites. Self-promotion, yes, but costs me a lot and has made me zero, but I still support it. Check it out: RYHE.org. Imagine how easy it would be to recruit physicians to a practice that had a perfect (or near perfect score) from its own employed physicians on an independent provider oriented jobs rating site.
I admit I was tempted (part 3)... A Medical Practice That Feels Like Family (And Will Change Your Life) This concierge practice in DFW left me speechless. As I sat down with the team, I expected to discuss patient outcomes and business models. But what I witnessed was something extraordinary. Their conversation flowed effortlessly from patients to personal stories, and I saw genuine friendships forged in their shared purpose. They're more than colleagues – they're a support system, a work-family that transcends the office. Imagine having a team that's got your back, both in and out of the clinic. No politics, no bureaucracy. Just authentic relationships and a shared passion for delivering exceptional patient care. If you're a primary care physician who's tired of the assembly-line approach to medicine and wants to focus on integrative/functional medicine, I have an opportunity that will transform your practice – and your life. Join a community that values people, where your expertise is cherished, and your well-being matters. Know someone who's ready for a change? Let's connect. My Ask to you: If you or a friend are ready to trade burnout for balance and join a medical practice that feels like home? Comment below or send me a message to explore this life-changing opportunity. #MedicalMatchmaker #PhysicianBurnoutPrevention #ConciergePrimaryCare #PrimaryCare #PhysicianJobs #FamilyMedicine #InternalMedicine #IntegrativeMedicine #FunctionalMedicine #ObesityMedicine #AntiagingMedicine

One in every 250 primary care practices is open to adding an FM or IM physician but they are in the stage where they're aware they have a problem and may even be considering solutions. That means they haven't decided to get serious and make a job post. To find these opportunities, you need to use one of two sources: - your personal network - someone else's network #familymedicine #familydoctor #primarycare #internalmedicine #outpatient #internist
Trust the professional recruiters of ETS Family Medicine to help you make your next career move. There is no fee to candidates and all conversations are confidential. Human connection...that's what it's all about... We live, we do all the things...and eventually we stop...but between the start and finish I believe our lives are built on how we connect with others. Just feeling grateful today that my job allows me to love others well, through my work as a local family physician. That is all...#gratitude #worklifebalance #loveoneanother #humanconnection #patientcare #doctorlife #dpc #privatepractice #lancasterpa Luz Medicine

As a medical specialist, I am reminded every day of the profound impact a fresh set of eyes and a compassionate heart can have on patient care. Each individual who walks through our doors brings with them a unique story, a set of symptoms, and a personal journey towards healing. It is our responsibility, as healthcare providers, to approach every patient scenario with a renewed sense of curiosity, empathy, and openness. When we look at each patient with a fresh set of eyes, we create space for discovery and innovation. No two cases are exactly alike, and by remaining open to new possibilities and alternative perspectives, we can uncover solutions that may have previously gone unnoticed. Every patient encounter is an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to push the boundaries of our understanding. In the fast-paced world of medicine, it can be easy to fall into routine or to rely on past experiences to guide our decisions. However, by consciously choosing to approach each patient scenario with fresh eyes and an empathetic heart, we breathe new life into our practice. We honour the uniqueness of each individual, celebrate the diversity of human experiences, and reaffirm our commitment to providing the best possible care for those who entrust us with their health. Today, I invite my fellow physicians to join me in embracing the power of fresh perspectives and empathy in our practice. Let us commit to seeing each patient as a new opportunity for growth, connection, and healing. By approaching our work with curiosity, compassion, and understanding, we can truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve! #healthcare #health #publichealth #physician #femalephysician #womenphysician #surgeon #compassion #femalesurgeon #patient #patientcare #patientadvocacy #newbrunswick #canada #canadianhealthcare
