This 81 y/o patient had right arm invasive squamous cell carcinoma. 7-weeks post-op, the incision healed well with minimal scar. The lesion was excised through a 5.1 x 1.6 cm elliptical incision and was closed in two layers with 5-0 chromic in the deep layer and a 50 mm Clozex on the skin.
