Looking back, the experience has been nothing short of remarkable. From day one, I’ve been welcomed into an incredibly warm and dynamic company culture that fosters both innovation and personal growth. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with different departments: production, maintenance, quality, and even senior leadership. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻⚙️ In my role, I’ve been deeply involved in analyzing production processes to identify areas where we can enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Whether it’s tweaking a small part of the process or implementing larger-scale changes, each study so far has given me a chance to apply and learn more about lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles in real-world settings. 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀💡 No two days are the same, and that’s what keeps things exciting! Every challenge presents an opportunity to think outside the box and innovate. 🚀 Excited to Share! 🚀 I’ve just completed the PepsiCo Sales Job Simulation on the Forage platform! 🎉 This experience allowed me to dive into the world of sales and develop key skills in managing retail relationships and merchandising. Throughout the simulation, I: Crafted a compelling selling pitch to secure a high-visibility display for a new product in a retail store. Collaborated with team members to strategically plan and execute a successful product launch. Enhanced my leadership and coaching skills by helping a team member manage resources and workload for a major store setup. This opportunity gave me valuable insights into real-world sales strategies and reinforced the importance of teamwork, communication, and data-driven decisions.
